On its 31st anniversary - the theme of the United Nations International Day of Peace is "Education for Peace". Wolfgang Weisbrod-Weber, Special Representative of the Secretary General for Western Sahara and Head of MINURSO presided on 23 September a ceremony for the UN International Day of Peace at the MINURSO Parade Ground.
