On 11 July, MINURSO marked the celebration of Mongolia’s State Flag Day aby hoisting the national flag at the Mission HQ next to the UN flag.

On 6 July, MINURSO observed Malawi Independence Day by hoisting the national flag at the Mission HQ next to the UN flag.

On 12 June, MINURSO celebrated Russia’s National Day by raising its flag at the Mission headquarters in Laayoune next to the UN flag. On this day, in 1991, the Russian parliament formally issued the Declaration of Russian State Sovereignty.
