The Secretary-General strongly condemns the terrorist attack in Lebanon on 10 September that killed Mr. Saleh Aridi, a member of the Lebanese Democratic Party. He conveys his deepest condolences to the family of Mr. Aridi. The Secretary-General hopes that the perpetrators of this crime will be brought to justice promptly. He calls on all parties to exercise restraint.
