Kigali, 18 September 2020 - Huang Xia, UN Special Envoy for the Great Lakes region met in Kigali with Mr. Vincent Biruta, Rwanda’s minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Maj. Gen. Albert Murasira, to share views on the UN Strategy for Peace Consolidation, Conflict Prevention and Conflict Resolution in the Great Lakes. Mr. Fodé Ndiaye, the UN Resident Coordinator for Rwanda, also joined the discussions.
